Resolutions in the Pipeline

As of May 13, one recommendation and two resolutions have been submitted by NAHB delegates for consideration at the Spring Leadership Council Meeting in Washington, D.C.

• 2024.6 No. 1 Cost-Effective Model Energy Codes and Standards for New Construction
• 2024.6 No. 2 Authority for Government Sponsored Enterprises to Invest Equity to Preserve Post LIHTC or Other Affordable Rental Housing
• 2024.6 No. 3 Sunset Review

Resolutions and recommendations may still be submitted for consideration but will require a two-thirds majority vote, rather than a simple majority, for passage.
